Payment Details and Deposits
$275 - 8ftx2ft (about $91 per day)
$412 - 12ftx2ft (about $137 per day)
$445 - 14ftx2ft (about $148 per day)
$513 - 18ftx2ft (about $171 per day)
Larger space is negotiable upon request
A deposit secures your spot as a vendor at our show. These funds are used to expand advertising and promotion, bringing a larger, more engaged audience—making the event more productive and valuable for everyone. Your deposit helps us invest in marketing, outreach, and logistics so the show attracts more visitors and creates better sales and networking opportunities for our vendors.
Deposit details:
Purpose: To hold your vendor space and fund event advertising and promotion.
Amount: 30% of full amount due
Deadline: Deposits must be received by March 15th. 2026 to guarantee your spot.
Refund policy: Vendor deposits are non-refundable to ensure consistency and reliability for our customer attendees. This policy helps guarantee that every advertised vendor will be present at the show, creating a dependable and enchanting experience for guests who plan their visit around our vendor lineup
Final Payments:
Deadline: Final vendor payments are due in full by April 15th. 2026
Waitlist: If payment is not received by the deadline and we have not heard from you, your spot will be offered to a vendor on the waitlist. Please communicate with us if you need more time to avoid losing your reservation.
