Our Return Policy

At Traveler’s Moon, we invite you to select your treasures with confidence and reverence. To preserve the integrity and energetic signatures of our items—and to honor the care woven into every piece—all sales are final.

What this means

• All purchases are considered final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

• We do not accept returns on crystals, apothecary items, ritual tools, workshops, classes, or healing sessions once purchased.

Exceptions & considerations

• If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

• Digital products, downloadable materials, and online-class access are nonrefundable.

Choosing with confidence

• If you are unsure about a crystal, herb, or tool, we encourage you to:

  • Visit our space in person to hold and sense the item.

  • Speak with one of our healers or staff for guidance on selection, care, and energetic compatibility.

  • Attend an introductory workshop to learn more about working with different items.

Care & cleansing

• We provide guidance on cleansing and caring for your treasures—ask a staff member for personalized recommendations so your new piece may integrate smoothly into your practice.

Questions

• For assistance or to report a damaged shipment, contact us with your order number and photos within 5 days of delivery. We will respond with next steps.
